Second person perspectives puts the Detective into the story.

Second Person mysteries put the Detective into the mystery. Instead of reading about another character in the mystery, the Detective is the main character in the story. Characters in the story will use the Detective's name and pronouns to greet them. You'll read phrases like "You walked slowly up to the house."
